Chibiling and Octorit (Splatoon)

The style of this piece was experimental. I wanted to try a very sketchy and simple style of colouring and shading and this was the result of that experiment. This drawing is of my OC, DJ who has been made into an inkling and my friend Mike’s persona, Spirit that has been made into an Octoling. Mike’s persona, Spirit, does in fact change colour like a chameleon. In this instance, I made them into a cute dynamic pair where one is dense and the other is an energetic ball of cuteness. Octorit (Octoling Spirit) is clearly unaware of the obvious feelings of attraction Chibiling (Inkling DJ) has for him.
