Xenon (Circuit Breakers)

This was another piece I made while I was searching for the right style for me to use. This features my OC from the Circuit Breaker series, Xenon.

A little about Xenon is that I suppose I never really showed off Xenon much so here he is!
Xenon is one of the younger androids like DJ as well.

Random Facts: Android since 19, currently 22 years old. Same age as DJ. His powers are electrical belts that act like snakes. His personality is kinda like an energetic psycho if that makes sense.
